Pamela Anderson’s High-Profile Romances From Tommy Lee to Liam Neeson

Pamela Anderson’s High-Profile Romances From Tommy Lee to Liam Neeson
  • PublishedJuly 31, 2025

Avery Sinclair here, with another day and another disappointment. Let us dive in.

Pamela Anderson’s love life reads like a tabloid’s dream file, and rumors that she and her Naked Gun costar Liam Neeson are an item only add another retro twist. At the July 28 premiere, Anderson praised Neeson as “kind, sweet and funny,” according to E! News, while Neeson gushed to People last October that he was “madly in love” with his Canadian leading lady. Sounds better than your average set bromance, but sincerity can be a movie magic byproduct as often as it is a real-life spark.

Before Liam, Neeson kept romance on the low since his wife Natasha Richardson’s tragic passing in 2009. The Oscar nominee, now 73, had a two-year relationship with Freya St. Johnston over a decade ago, but aside from that, he’s downplayed dating, admitting he was “past all that” in a People interview. He and Anderson deny being official, yet admit that their connection feels surprisingly genuine.

Meanwhile, Pamela Anderson, 58, has treated matrimony like #TGIF. Her first big romance was with Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee. They met four days before their beach wedding on February 16, 1995. Their marriage produced two sons, Dylan Jagger Lee (29) and Brandon Thomas Lee (27), and a roller-coaster tabloid saga complete with leaked tapes and magazine cover meltdowns.

After the divorce, Anderson said she “regretted most” of her five junctions at the altar, counting twice with Rick Salomon and four quick I dos with Kid Rock—yes, you read that right, four times in four months. In a 2023 Bustle interview, she admitted that most weddings were mistakes, but insists that life’s too short for regret and that she’s living the most romantic part of her life right now.

Her pre-Tommy Lee days featured hookups with models, actors and—briefly—Scott Baio, who dated her right after her February 1990 Playmate of the Month spotlight. Baio once confessed in his reality series that fitting into Anderson’s world involved wooing her mom and staging a Beach Boys cameo. It fizzled faster than you can say paparazzi.

Anderson also had a stint with producer Jon Peters in the mid-1990s. He helmed movies like The Color Purple and A Star Is Born. Their fling ended but they stayed friends, offering more proof that Pam’s heart can pivot hard from passion to platonic.

So what do we make of this flirtation with a brooding, globe-trotting action hero-turned-romantic partner? If the E! News and People accounts are anything to go by, it’s more than a cameo crush. Will they go full serious or shrug and chalk it up to on-screen chemistry? Stay tuned, because this ride is far from over.

And that is today’s dose of reality. You’re welcome.
