Love in Paradise: The Couples Who Made It Last

Love in Paradise: The Couples Who Made It Last
  • PublishedSeptember 3, 2025

Hello there, I’m Jordan Collins, your go-to guide for all things celebrity gossip. I *guess* I can break down the latest Bachelor in Paradise season 10 finale for you, but try to keep up. The tenth season of Bachelor in Paradise has officially come to a close, and we’re left with one happily engaged couple.

Spencer Conley, who appeared on Jenn Tran’s season, and Jess Edwards, from Joey Graziadei’s season, are the lucky ones who got engaged. They not only won each other’s hearts but also captured the audience’s with their strong connection. It’s worth noting that both Alexe Godin (from Grant Ellis’s season) and Andrew Spencer (from Katie Thurston’s season) are walking away with a cut of the $500,000 prize money and, apparently, lasting love. As of the finale’s airdate, both Alex and Andrew as well as Spencer and Jess are still together.

The finale had a surprise twist: each of the four finalists was given a choice between love and leaving with $250,000. Thankfully, Alexe, Andrew, Jess, and Spencer each chose love over the duffle bag of money. Each couple was presented with three envelopes bearing mystery amounts of money. Alexe and Andrew walked away with $125,000, while Jess and Spencer ended up with $190,000.

But the four finalists aren’t the only ones who have found seemingly lasting love. Dale Moss, who was previously engaged to Bachelorette Clare Crawley, and Kat Izzo, from Zach Shallcross’s season, are still happily together. Jeremy Simon (from Jenn’s season) and Bailey Brown (from Grant’s season) are also going strong.

The alums from the Golden Bachelor and Bachelorette made waves in paradise, with golden alum April Kirkwood and The Bachelorette’s Sean McLaughlin sharing a kiss during a challenge. Their presence still left its mark on the show. As showrunner Scott Teti told Variety in July, “I think the unique thing about bringing the Goldens in is the POV they bring. The Goldens come in with a lot fewer inhibitions. They’ve lived a lot more life. I think they’re much freer, and their way of thinking is a bit more uninhibited.”

There was also some intergenerational advice being passed around. “When there’s this crossover of the two generations, it’s a really fun mix,” Scott continued. “The younger is giving the Golden cast dating advice, telling them how to swipe left or write, and the vice versa—’Lower your standards, honey, if you want to find a man.’ So it was very comedic and endearing.”

For a look back at the romantic hopefuls from this season of Bachelor in Paradise, let’s take a glance at some of the contestants. Hannah Brown and Wells Adams, mentor and bartender respectively, appeared on The Golden Bachelor season one. Alexe-Anne “Alexe” Godin, from The Bachelor season 29, and Jessica “Jess” Edwards, from The Bachelorette season 17 and Bachelor in Paradise season 8, were also part of the show. Other contestants included Riquerdy “Ricky” Marinez from The Bachelorette season 21.

Glad I could clear that up for you.
