Kris Jenner Estate Exposed: Kylie’s Calabasas Mansion Sleepover Revealed

Kai Montgomery here, reluctantly sharing some home decor adventures I did not ask for. Oh, fantastic. Another mansion tour. Haven’t seen that in a while.
Kylie Jenner straight-up gave the internet a front-row seat to her “sleepover at moms,” posting a series of Instagram Story snapshots on July 30 that spotlighted her momager’s over-the-top California estate near Calabasas. If you ever wondered what superwealth looks like in wallpaper form, prepare yourself.
The first stop was a cozy bedroom with walls drenched in green floral wallpaper. The print practically screams botanical this and spa vibes that. Complimenting the walls was a creme bedspread bedazzled with gold and green accents—because why settle for plain bedding when you can have a palace fit for royalty?
Next, Kylie panned to an indoor fireplace framed in black and white marble. The hearth looked more like a modern art installation than a heat source. Flanking the roaring fire were two crystal-draped lamps and a massive gilded mirror hovering above the mantle. Pure show-off status.
No mommy-daughter sleepover is complete without adult refreshments, so Kylie showcased two vodka sodas—naturally Belvedere—perched on a gray and white marble bar. Because if you don’t Instagram your vodka choice, did you even drink it?
Moving on, the pair found a snug corner piled with coffee table books and a silver tray holding skinny cigarettes alongside a bedazzled lighter stamped with a K. Nearby sat a vintage Yoshitomo Nara “Too Young to Die” ceramic ashtray valued at over $1,000, confirming that even Kris Jenner’s ashtrays are investments.
Kylie then highlighted a slim, gold-toned wall sconce outside the dining area, teasing, “The royere i got her for xmas.” Behind it sat a long table designed for a dozen guests beneath an ornate spherical chandelier, because hosting three people would simply be lame.
Finally, the duo wrapped up their evening with a romantic “dinner for 2” under a pergola swathed in vines. The backyard scene featured a swimming pool bordered by lush white rose bushes and place settings decked out with tea candles and gold-rimmed botanical plates by Anna Weatherley—going for $445 a pop.
It’s not just Kylie who is obsessed. As Kourtney Kardashian admitted on The Kardashians, “My mom’s house is beautiful. I know it’s everything she’s dreamed of.” Clearly, vision boards are alive and well.
So there you have it: a guided tour of Kris Jenner’s Calabasas palace, courtesy of her daughter’s Instagram feed. And if this isn’t peak reality TV lifestyle, I don’t know what is.
Well, that was a lavish distraction. Now back to real life.
