Kardashian-Jenners Reveal Their Plastic Surgery Playbook

Kardashian-Jenners Reveal Their Plastic Surgery Playbook
  • PublishedJuly 5, 2025

Cutting to the chase: these beauty moguls aren’t hiding a thing. As the Kardashians and Jenners continue to set cosmetic trends, each family member has lifted the veil on her own secret enhancements, sparking a wave of transparency in celebrity plastic surgery.

Kylie Jenner kicked off the trend in June 2024 when YouTuber Rachel Leary challenged the Kylie Cosmetics founder on TikTok to explain her “most perfect natural-looking boob job ever.” At 27, the mom of Stormi, 7, and Aire, 3, confirmed she chose Dr. Grant Fisher’s silicone implants—445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle—to achieve her signature silhouette. Her cheeky “hope this helps lol” caption drove home that she’s fully on board with sharing every detail directly with her millions of followers (TikTok, June 2024).

Soon after, matriarch Kris Jenner turned curiosity about her recent facelift into a merchandising bonanza. Under Dr. Steven Levine’s knife in early 2025, the 69-year-old momager revamped her appearance so successfully that she sold Arthur George tees emblazoned with “I’ll Have What Kris Jenner Is Having.” Revealed on E! News and Good Work in May, Kris admitted her journey began decades ago with breast implants post-four pregnancies. She later downsized those original ’80s implants and added a lift once daughters Kendall and Kylie arrived. Beyond breasts and facelifts, Kris also tackled earlobe reduction in 2018 after noticing lifelong ear growth, and even underwent a 2022 hip replacement—proving there’s no cosmetic procedure too small or too large for the woman who “does it all.”

Over on social media, Khloe Kardashian finally weighed in on a June 28 video by London’s Dr. Jonny Betteridge, who speculated she’d had a temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, full face and neck lift plus a chin implant. At 41, Khloe applauded the compliment but clarified that any photos compared span 15 years. While she’s had a nose job, Botox, fillers and collagen threads to stave off sagging, she’s steadfastly denied any facelift—for now. “In 2025 there are many things we can do before surgery,” the mom of True, 7, and Tatum, 2, wrote, teasing future possibilities while praising her family’s go-to surgeons.

Kim Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian have long acknowledged noninvasive treatments like laser resurfacing, Botox and fillers, though they’ve stopped short of confirming major surgical work on recent seasons of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Across the clan, the ethos remains consistent: share verified details, credit trusted doctors, and remind fans that cosmetic choice is deeply personal.

And there you have it—every nip, tuck and thread accounted for. Make of that what you will; the Kardashian-Jenners have just raised the bar on plastic surgery transparency.
