Carmen Andrade Paddles Into First Married Summer With Husband

Carmen Andrade Paddles Into First Married Summer With Husband
  • PublishedJuly 25, 2025

I’m Jaden Patel, your guide to life’s most underreported adventures. Picture newlywed life: honeymoon phase meets mosquito repellent and life rafts. If that doesn’t scream romance, I don’t know what does.

Twenty-five-year-old Carmen Andrade, one half of the conjoined twin duo famed on TikTok, and her 28-year-old husband Daniel McCormack treated their parents to a low-key lake excursion on July 24. Carmen captured the moment in an Instagram post, showing her father expertly paddling while Daniel stood by the boat, fishing rod in hand. Her caption, “Last minute lake evening con la familia,” reads like the world’s chillest wedding anniversary. Sources confirm the happy trio laughed off sunburns and sunscreen mishaps as if they were Olympic events.

True to their outdoorsy reputation, the couple ventured into the woods at Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary in New York earlier this summer. According to Carmen’s Instagram story, they turned what should have been a serene forest hike into a game of “who can shake the most ticks off their ankles.” She unfiltered the scene: “The amount of ticks we found on ourselves on this hike tonight and then after was disgusting, but it was worth it for the views and spending time with you.” No wedding crashers here, just nature’s little hitchhikers.

The pinnacle of their romance unfolded last October at Lover’s Leap Bridge in New Milford, Connecticut, where they exchanged vows in a cozy ceremony. Only close family were on the guest list, sparing Daniel from inviting “great uncle Patrick, who I haven’t seen since I was three,” as he joked on the twins’ YouTube channel. Carmen swapped a classic white gown for an emerald dress that complemented the autumnal backdrop. “I did not wear white. Don’t regret it. I don’t like white. Not my thing,” she quipped, proving that even wedding traditions can take a hike.

Meanwhile, the wedding bells didn’t stop there this year. Bachelor Nation alums Brayden Bowers and Christina Mandrell tied the knot lakeside in December. Hannah Montana’s Emily Osment wed singer-songwriter Jack Anthony with her brother Haley Joel Osment among the groomsmen. Jason Duggar added a new sister-in-law when he married Maddie Grace in October. Rebel Wilson said “I do” to Ramona Agruma at an Italian celebration with their daughter as flower girl. Lana Del Rey got swamp-wedded under a southern sky. Even Pretty Little Liars’ Torrey DeVitto and Pitch Perfect’s Ben Platt sealed the deal as 2024 remained a banner year for love.

That’s the latest on Carmen and Daniel’s grand summer tour of boats, bugs, and bridal fashion. Stay tuned—who knows what they’ll paddle into next.
