Brooke Hogan Demands Answers on Father’s Death Autopsy and Cancer Claim

Brooke Hogan Demands Answers on Father’s Death Autopsy and Cancer Claim
  • PublishedAugust 5, 2025

Avery Sinclair here. Another eyebrow-raising moment in celebrity grief unfolds as Brooke Hogan openly challenges the official account of her father’s passing.

On August 5, during her unexpected call-in to the Bubba the Love Sponge radio show, Brooke Hogan confessed that she is still reeling from Hulk Hogan’s sudden demise at age 71. She pointed out that although the WWE Hall of Famer’s death certificate cites a heart attack as the cause, there was no autopsy performed. “You can have a heart attack,” she said, “but what was the reason for the heart attack is the question.” Hogan’s skepticism shot to social media even before her live interview, when she shared an Instagram Story screenshot reading, “QUICK CREMATION WITHOUT AUTOPSY RAISES QUESTIONS ABOUT HULK HOGAN’S DEATH,” captioning it simply: “Thank you.”

Brooke also raised eyebrows over the revelation that her father had been diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or CLL. According to recently released medical records, the slow-progressing blood cancer was listed under contributing factors, but Brooke insists she never knew about any CLL diagnosis. She recalled seeing Hulk’s blood work before major surgeries and quoted a doctor who said his blood looked like that of a 25-year-old. “He took the most care of his body,” she said, questioning how a high white blood cell count could have gone unnoticed during routine anti-aging treatments and surgical evaluations. “It just seems weird,” she added, pointing out that leukemia does not run in their family.

This public airing marks one of the first times Brooke has broken her silence about her father’s death since he passed away less than two weeks earlier. Before her interview, family friend Ashley Kora shared a black-and-white photo of Brooke and Hulk on Instagram, writing, “Brooke loved him deeply, was fiercely loyal and only ever wanted him to be peaceful, happy, and surrounded by people who valued him for who he really was.” Brooke’s husband, Steven Olesky, who shares newborn twins Oliver and Molly with her, reshared Ashley’s tribute, thanking fans for their support “not just during this challenging time, but always.”

There’s no denying Hulk Hogan’s legendary status in the wrestling world. In a 2018 TMZ interview, his son Nick called him “physically insane,” and footage of Hulk in New York City back in 1989 still captures the awe he inspired. Yet in recent years Brooke stepped away from his personal life, even skipping his wedding to third wife Sky Daily in 2023. She cited her “own journey to healing and happiness” and prioritized relationships that aligned with her “personal beliefs, goals, and value system.”

With questions swirling around both the absence of an autopsy and the late-in-life leukemia diagnosis, Brooke’s public demands may push Hulk Hogan’s camp to respond. For now, she’s not buying the official story, and frankly, neither am I. And that’s today’s dose of reality. You’re welcome.
