Blac Chyna Hits a Major Sobriety Milestone—900 Days and Counting!
Blac Chyna, now known as Angela White, is throwing herself a massive self-love party as she celebrates a whopping 900 days of sobriety. In a heartfelt Instagram post on March 1, the 36-year-old Lashed cosmetics founder shared her transformative journey from a life of addiction to one illuminating her true self. “I thought nobody noticed, but they did. I wasn’t happy. I wasn’t at peace. Until I found Jesus,” she confessed, including some throwback snaps—one topping the cake being her baptism on her birthday in 2022. Who knew a pool could wash away that much baggage?
Chyna’s faith played a big role in her recovery, and she’s keen to remind her followers that miracles can happen when you lean on something bigger than yourself. “Trusting and depending on God during addiction and recovery,” she wrote, “can bring salvation and rescue when times feel hopeless.” After sharing her grueling past, she encouraged her fans with a strong message to transform their lives, urging, “Everyday we’re faced with a decision… but we opt to exist in a world of deception that will never transform unless you transform.” Wise words, Angela, wise words!
But sobriety isn’t her only makeover—Chyna has also been busy reversing cosmetic procedures over the last few years. She underwent breast reductions, had silicone removed from her backside, and dissolved fillers from her face. Talk about a total glow-up, both inside and out! During her transformation chat on ‘Food for Thought’ with Devon Franklin, she explained, “I just got sick and tired of being sick and tired [of] everything that was just going on in my life.” That’s a fierce turn-around if we ever saw one!
And it looks like romance is in the air! The model got engaged to songwriter Derrick Milano in October after a year’s blissful dating. Their love bloomed spectacularly during Howard University’s Yardfest, turning dreams into reality.
