Kristen Bell’s Daughters Steal the Spotlight with Rare Photos and Uncanny Resemblance

So, like, Dax Shepard just hit a major milestone – 21 years of sobriety – and his wife Kristen Bell is celebrating in style. But what’s really got everyone talking is the rare photos of their adorable daughters, Lincoln and Delta, that Kristen shared on Instagram.

In the pics, the girls are rocking light blonde hair, just like their mom, and it’s clear they’re taking after Kristen’s charm. The Frozen star captioned the post, “This is what 21 years of sobriety looks like… Lots of hugging. Hugging everyone and everything. Hugging life. Thank you for getting sober, @daxshepard. I am eternally grateful to have you. We all are.” The photos show Dax sharing sweet moments with his daughters at home, on a boat, at school, and everywhere in between.

But what’s really interesting is that Dax isn’t afraid to be himself around his kids. In a recent episode of his Armchair Expert podcast, he opened up about how he swears in front of his daughters and allows them to do the same – with boundaries, of course. “I fully swear in front of my kids,” he explained. “They are allowed to swear, not with impunity, but when it’s called for, and they land it, and it’s in the house and not out at a restaurant, it’s OK.” He continued, “My defense of it is, I just told the girls, like, ‘Hey, these are noises that come out of your mouth, and you assign what they mean to you.'”

It’s clear that Dax and Kristen prioritize honesty, trust, and connection in their family. As Kristen told E! News in February, “Even if Dax hooks up with the most beautiful person in the world at work, I know he’s committed to our family… I know he’s coming home. I know he loves our children. I know he strives to be a great husband and father.” The family seems to be all about keeping it real and having fun together.

The photos also show the girls’ adorable bond with their dad. In one pic, Dax shares a kiss with Lincoln and Delta, who are dressed in chic French-style ensembles. Kristen captioned another post, “I cannot imagine life without you,” which she shared in honor of Dax’s birthday in January 2025.

But that’s not all – Kristen also gave a glimpse into their family fun on Instagram. She shared a photo of herself and the girls going “flower farming” at S.E. Daugherty & Sons Farms in Nashville, Tenn., in July 2025. And in another pic, Delta and Lincoln took in the sunset view with their furry friend. As Kristen put it, “Lake life : 5 out of 5 jalapeños.”

The family seems to be all about living life to the fullest and making memories together. And with Dax’s sobriety milestone, it’s clear they’re celebrating in style. As Kristen said, “Thank you for getting sober, @daxshepard. I am eternally grateful to have you. We all are.” It’s clear that this family is all about love, support, and being true to themselves.
