Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz Renew Vows Amid Family Feud

I’m Sage Matthews and yes, it is 2 AM, and I find myself muttering, of course this happened as Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz decided to renew their vows just three years into a marriage that has been overshadowed by a full-blown family feud.
This late-summer ceremony, held on August 2, was billed by People Magazine as “about honoring the love and commitment they’ve built together over the years, and creating a memory that will stay with them forever,” yet it couldn’t drown out the ongoing drama. The duo first got engaged in July 2020 after only seven months of dating and tied the knot two years later in a lavish affair at Peltz’s family estate in Palm Beach, Florida. It was all sunshine and roses until Victoria Beckham allegedly hijacked the couple’s first dance and made Nicola cry, planting the first seed of discord in the notoriously polished Beckham brood.
If you thought that was the end of the trouble, think again. Earlier this year, Brooklyn’s brother Romeo began dating Kim Turnbull – who was linked to Brooklyn in tabloid whispers – and the waters turned murky. According to Us Weekly, Brooklyn and Nicola refused to attend David Beckham’s 50th birthday in London because they did not want to be in the same room as Romeo and Turnbull. By June, insiders told Us Weekly that Romeo and Kim split because “of the family drama” and the “strain” it caused their relationship. Yet another source quoted by the Daily Mail pushed back, insisting the split was due to conflicting schedules rather than Beckham bickering.
The family feud has now spilled onto Instagram, where Page Six reports that Brooklyn, Nicola, Romeo and even Cruz have unfollowed each other. A source told Page Six that “Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t purposely unfollow the siblings,” hinting that the brothers might have initiated the social media block. Another insider claimed that Brooklyn has declared he wants “no contact” and is ignoring anyone who reaches out, effectively turning Instagram into the new dining room battlefield.
Despite the rocky backdrop, Brooklyn doubled down on his affection for Nicola in May with an Instagram post calling her “my whole world” and declaring “me and you forever baby.” If only those vows came with a peace treaty for the rest of the family.
So here we are, witnessing a vow renewal that serves as both a celebration of love and a spotlight on a fractured dynasty. The question now is not whether this will implode, but how spectacularly. Will David and Victoria’s annual holiday card even survive this level of sibling sabotage? At this point, should we even pretend to be surprised?
